Mac Nishiyama Memorial Scholarships
Mac Nishiyama Memorial Scholarships. This $500 scholarship is awarded annually. It is open to any student graduating from a high school in Southern Alberta who will be continuing their studies at a post-secondary institution (college or university) in the fall.
U of L Modern Languages Book Prize
University of Lethbridge Japanese Language Awards In partnership with the University of Lethbridge’s Modern Languages Department, the Nikkei Cultural Society provides financial and other awards to students enrolled in the Japanese Language programme.
Professional Development Awards
Professional Development Awards Individuals living in Southern Alberta who wish to advance their academic or artistic training having a Japanese or Southern Alberta Japanese Canadian focus can apply for an award to help offset tuition or other training-related costs.
